Terms of service

Last updated: 22 April 2026

Note for your organisation: these terms are a general template for a B2B-style membership and collaboration platform. Insert your legal entity, jurisdiction, and fee rules, and obtain legal review—especially for regulated industries and consumer-facing scenarios.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the T-C-Alliance website and platform (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Services

We provide an online ecosystem for aviation training, consultancy, and related collaboration, including member accounts, content, groups, learning tools, and optional compliance-related features depending on your plan and entitlements. Features may change over time; we aim to avoid material reductions without reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or misuse the Services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law or third-party rights;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorisation;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or scrape the Services in bulk without permission.

5. Your content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, and share your content as needed to operate the Services (including to other users according to visibility settings you control). You warrant that you have the rights to grant this licence.

6. Our intellectual property

The Services, branding, and underlying software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, these terms do not grant you any rights in our materials.

7. Fees and payment

Paid plans, courses, or add-ons may be offered via checkout flows (for example through Stripe). Prices, taxes, renewal, and cancellation rules are shown at purchase and in any plan-specific terms presented in-product. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content on the public site and in member areas may be educational or informational and is not a substitute for formal regulatory, legal, or operational advice specific to your situation unless expressly agreed in a separate professional engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, a nominal amount where such a cap is enforceable).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

Insert the governing law and courts or arbitration rules appropriate to your legal entity (for example England & Wales, Netherlands, or another jurisdiction). Until you replace this paragraph, you should treat it as a placeholder requiring legal completion.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent via our contact form or through in-platform Help for signed-in members.
