TCA Accreditation & Advancement Program
Empowering quality through ISO 21001-aligned learning systems.
The T-C-Alliance has developed the TCA Advancement and Accreditation Program, a comprehensive accreditation initiative underpinned by our unique quality management system and aligned with the standards of national aviation authority regulations and ISO 21001.
This program draws on the expertise of our Associate and Fellow members—aviation subject matter experts, training organisations, and institutional partners—who collaborate to design and deliver high-quality training solutions tailored for the aviation industry.
As part of the TCA Advancement and Accreditation Program, we also offer specialised courses including:
Creation of Training Management Systems
Equipping participants with the knowledge and tools to design, implement, and manage effective training management systems in compliance with regulatory standards
Facilitation and Course Creation
Focused on developing facilitation skills and instructional design strategies for creating impactful and engaging aviation training programs
Upon completion of the program, organisations may achieve final accreditation, validating their overall competence and ability to comply with industry standards. This accreditation serves as formal recognition that the organisation meets defined quality benchmarks and is capable of consistently delivering high-standard aviation training in line with international best practices.
